Identity Science 360™
We do not push identity change.
We create the conditions for it.
Who We Are
We don't train skills. We measure and rewire identity so leaders stay regulated, resilient, and effective. Identity Science 360™ combines neuroscience, cultural fluency, and neurodivergent-informed practices to create measurable human performance solutions for organizations that refuse to settle for surface-level change.

The Foundation: What Makes Identity Science 360™ Different
Neuroscience-Informed Assessments
Identity drives behavior. Behavior drives results. Most professional development programs focus on skills and competencies, but we go deeper. We map the unseen patterns—the habit loops, prediction cycles, and reward pathways—that actually run your day. Understanding how your brain creates automatic responses is the first step to regulation and sustainable performance.
Our approach is grounded in contemporary neuroscience research on neuroplasticity, executive function, and emotional regulation. We don't just teach concepts; we create structured interventions that allow your nervous system to build new pathways. This is measurable, repeatable, and designed for high-stakes professional environments.
Neurodivergent-Friendly
ADHD-safe steps, external systems, shorter cycles, and clear cues ensure accessibility for all cognitive styles.
Proof Over Hype
Every intervention is tracked, measured, and validated with results that show real behavioral change over time.
Collegiate Quantitative Assessment (CQA)
The Collegiate Quantitative Assessment (CQA) measures identity formation, cognitive-emotional regulation, agency, and performance readiness in undergraduate students.
Rather than focusing solely on academic outcomes, the CQA examines how a student’s nervous system, identity development, and self-directed capacity interact under real academic and social demands.
Designed for first-year through senior undergraduate students.
The assessment is especially responsive to students navigating:
  • High external pressure
  • Cultural and systemic stressors
  • Early leadership or performance expectations

Post-Graduation Readiness Assessment (PRA)
The Post-Graduation Readiness Assessment (PRA) assesses transition readiness, executive functioning, identity coherence, and workforce adaptability.
Rather than measuring confidence or credentials alone, the PRA evaluates how an individual’s nervous system regulation, identity integration, and executive function support performance during periods of increased responsibility and reduced external structure.
Designed for:
  • Juniors and Seniors
  • Recent graduates
  • Early-career professionals

Identity Load & Capacity Index (ILCI)
The Identity Load & Capacity Index (ILCI) quantifies cognitive, emotional, environmental, and identity load relative to an individual’s functional capacity.
Rather than asking how motivated or skilled someone is, the ILCI measures how much demand the nervous system is carrying—and whether current capacity can sustainably support it.
Designed for:
  • Adults
  • Professionals
  • Leaders
  • Consumers navigating high cognitive or emotional demand
The ILCI is especially relevant for individuals operating across multiple roles, environments, or identity expectations.
How We Measure Progress
Three Powerful Lanes to Transform Your Institution
College Quantitative Assessments
We begin with comprehensive identity mapping and behavioral baseline assessments. Our diagnostic tools measure working memory capacity, impulse control patterns, task initiation consistency, and recovery speed after conflict or disruption. These aren't personality tests—they're neuroscience-backed instruments that reveal how your brain operates under pressure.
The CQA is designed for students and emerging adults navigating academic pressure, identity formation, and early leadership demands.
Identity Science 360™ Assessments
Our assessments are not personality tests or standardized profiles.
They are diagnostic tools designed to give a clear picture of how your nervous system and identity patterns currently operate across the four core modalities of Identity Science 360™.
These diagnostics help us understand:
  • Where safety has been compromised
  • How responsibility and urgency are encoded
  • Where self-trust has been interrupted
  • What kind of support your system actually needs.
Post-Graduate Readiness Assessment (PRA)
The PRA is designed for post-graduates, professionals, and leaders entering higher-stakes responsibility.
It assesses:
  • Readiness for self-directed leadership
  • Regulation under sustained pressure
  • Identity coherence and internal trust
  • Where ambition may be outpacing nervous system safety
Clients often describe the PRA as eye-opening, because it explains why certain patterns persist—even when effort and insight are present.
Identity Regulation & Integration Scan (IRIS)

The Identity Regulation & Integration Scan (IRIS) measures regulation, identity integration under pressure, and identity coherence in applied, real-world environments.
Rather than evaluating theoretical readiness, IRIS focuses on how individuals regulate, adapt, and maintain coherence when knowledge is translated into action.
Designed for:
  • Interns
  • Early applied learning participants
  • Individuals entering hands-on, performance-based environments for the first time
IRIS is especially useful during transitions from classroom learning into applied or experiential roles.
Role in Identity Science 360™
IRIS functions as an internship readiness and support diagnostic.
It allows programs and organizations to:
  • Assess regulation capacity in real-world conditions
  • Identify early support needs without stigma
  • Strengthen learning outcomes and placement success

Discover Your Identity Loop
Which Pattern Is Running Your Life?
Most high-performers don't realize they're trapped in automatic loops—stress triggers that hijack executive function, avoidance patterns that masquerade as productivity, and emotional regulation gaps that create leadership blind spots. Our 2-minute Identity Loop Quiz helps you identify which pattern dominates your professional life.
You'll receive an immediate results summary with your primary loop type, a brief explanation of the neuroscience behind it, and recommended next steps—whether that's enrolling in a Pod, downloading a free protocol guide, or scheduling a consultation to discuss organizational solutions. No sales pitch, just clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Program Access & Technology
What technology do I need to participate?
A computer or tablet with reliable internet, a webcam for weekly group coaching sessions, and access to email. We use Zoom for live sessions and CoachAccountable for daily tracking. Both platforms are user-friendly and include technical support.
Are sessions recorded if I miss one?
Yes, with participant permission. Recordings are available through the portal for 30 days. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged for accountability and group dynamics. We design schedules during pilot scoping to maximize attendance.
Measurement & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We maintain HIPAA-equivalent privacy standards even though we're not a healthcare provider. Your individual data is never shared without explicit written consent. Organizational reports use aggregated, anonymized data. We don't sell participant information to third parties.
What if I don't see results in 30 days?
We meet with you to review your dashboard, assess protocol adherence, and adjust your plan. Behavior change takes time, but you should see measurable shifts in regulation or task completion within the first month. If you're engaging fully and seeing no progress, we investigate why and pivot strategy.
Can I get CEUs or academic credit?
Our Certification program provides continuing education units for coaches and some licensed professionals. College partnerships may offer academic credit depending on institutional policies. Contact us for specific accreditation documentation relevant to your field.
